Your account controls your crews and access to your in-game property. Protect the sign-in method you use and check requests carefully before approving them.
If you sign in with Google or email, secure that account with a strong, unique password and two-factor authentication where available. Keep its recovery information up to date. Never share sign-in codes, passwords, or recovery information with another person.
If you use a connected wallet, follow its official backup and recovery instructions. Keep recovery phrases and private keys private and stored safely. Do not enter them into a website or send them to someone offering support.
Start at game.influenceth.io or the Influence website. Check the address before signing in, especially when following a message, advertisement, or search result. A familiar logo or display name does not prove a link is genuine.
Read the action, recipient, amount, and permissions before confirming a request. Be cautious with unfamiliar external applications and unsolicited offers. Do not approve a request you do not understand.
When collaborating with other players, use the game’s permissions and agreements instead of sharing access to your account. Grant only the access needed for the arrangement, and review it when that arrangement ends.
If you suspect your sign-in account has been compromised, use that provider’s official recovery process. For game questions, reach the community through the official Discord. Never share passwords, sign-in codes, private keys, or recovery phrases in a support conversation.
