¶ Extractor
The Extractor is a small building used for extraction of raw materials from asteroids. In order to extract raw materials, a core sample must have been taken, locating a deposit of the desired raw material on the same lot as the Extractor first.

¶ Construction Time
The Extractor requires a nominal 24 real-life hours to construct. Bonuses and penalties can increase or decrease this time.
